Former Owner and Chef of Bull & Balance bringing you the best food to offer in a new company. After 20 years as a stock trader with the Chicago exchange, Jeff decided to leave his industry and pursue his passion and talent for cooking. He began his own business, which has now grown into Burn'n Bull and has not stopped cooking since the day he left trading.
